Hello and welcome to my class website! My name is Janet Engle, and I have been teaching at Lackawanna Trail Elementary Center for 20 years. Not only have I had the pleasure of teaching different grade levels at Trail, but I am also enjoying my current Trail experience. I am currently teaching 5th Grade ELA and Social Studies. I received my bachelor’s degree in Education from Marywood University. My master’s degree in Classroom Technology was achieved through Wilkes University. I enjoy being challenged by new technology, and love trying to incorporate technology into my classroom. I believe all students learn at their own pace. Some individuals may not understand a concept as quickly as others, this only means that they haven’t learned it YET. Together we work on a positive mindset in and out of the classroom.
