Course Approval / Tuition Reimbursement Procedure

  1. Submit Course Approval Form to the Superintendent for approval. (Receipt of payment for course may also be submitted at this time)
  2. After completion of course:
    1. Complete Tuition Reimbursement Form.
    2. Request official transcript be sent to Heather Stage, PO Box 85, Factoryville, PA 18419  or stageh@ltsd.org
    3. Submit completed form and receipt of payment for course to Heather Stage.
