Morgan Doerner
1st Grade
Hello students and families! My name is Morgan Doerner and I am a first grade teacher here at Lackawanna Trail. This will be my first year teaching at Trail and I am excited to join the team! I received my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education with a minor in Science from Bloomsburg University in 2017. I am currently working towards my master’s degree in Educational Literacy at Wilkes University to receive my Reading Specialist certificate. Prior to being hired at Trail, I taught Learning Support for two years and first grade for one year in the Benton Area School District. I strive to provide an environment that my students feel safe and welcomed in, and they all have opportunities to meet their full potential.
